Here at Cirelli Coffee, we can give your event the impact that your clients or guests will be talking about for weeks. For weddings, baptisms, corporate, product launches, grand openings or private events, the Cirelli Coffee Cart can be hired to bring you our premium coffee and that special point of difference. Our clean, sharp and savvy coffee cart will leave your guests with that everlasting impression.  The cost of the package is based on the expected size of your event and the time we are required. We come to you and make great coffee in your choice of venue.  We freshly roast our own coffee, ensuring you will only be served fresh, locally roasted handcrafted coffee.  Everything is taken care of by our experienced baristas.  All you have to do is relax, socialise and drink our amazing coffee, drinking chocolates and chai’s.  For your next corporate or community event, contact us.

What Coffee do you use?
We use our own handcrafted fresh roasted coffee. It is always fresh and we use our premium coffee for every function.

How many drinks will I need for my guests?
This is largely dependent on how many guests are attending your event. Most events will have key periods where guests will want a coffee. Before session, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. As a general guide, an average of 120 people will consume between 320-340 beverages in a full day.


What do you need to setup?
Sufficient access to the area where the coffee cart is going to be setup (2.0m x 2.0m) and a standard 10AMP power connection (15AMP power for higher volume).

What type of coffee are you able to serve?
Our menu includes Espresso, flat white, cappuccino, mocha, latte, ristretto, long black, T-BAR Tea, Chai and Hot Chocolate.

Will you provide different types of milk?
We provide full cream, skim and soy milk.

Catering
We are able to provide a range of selected cakes, bite size treats and cold brew samplers ranging from $2.50-$4.50 each.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All our beverages are served in a small (8oz) take away paper cup.
  • Will require power or generator will need to be organized.
  • Prices do not include any additional venue fees that may be charged as an external catering supplier. Please contact the venue to see if any fees apply to your event.
  • Will travel 30k from the CBD, $1.50 per kilometre thereafter as per google maps.
  • 10% spill over at no charge, $3 per cup after.

Branding Counter – $150.00 per event
If you require a branded counter rather than our traditional timber or black coffee cart then we can organise tailored front signage. All you do is provide the artwork – We do the rest!

Extra Barista – $150.00 first three hours
We can add an extra barista to help get your delegates moving in the morning with an extra set of hands just for the peak first 2 or 3 hours of your event.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received within five (5) business days prior to events commencing will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total tax invoice.
Cancellations less than two (2) business days prior to events -100%.

Refund Policy
50% deposit is required to secure your date, the remainder to be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.
If for some valid reason your not satisfied with our service / product we will be more than happy to refund your booking amount. Your concern must be exercised during your service times with the opportunity to address your concern.

Privacy Policy
We understand the importance of respecting and safe-guarding the privacy of our customers and visitors. We Will Never sell, rent or distribute the information that you submit on our website. Irrespective of the nature of the personal information that you provide to us, you can be certain that we will handle it in a privacy-sensitive manner and we never share your information with a third party, unless we are required to use or disclose the personal information by law.
