What is Coffee?
The coffee tree is a tropical evergreen shrub (genus Coffea) and grows between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn.
The two most commercially important species grown are varieties of Coffea arabica (Arabicas) and Coffea canephora (Robustas).
