For weddings, baptisms, corporate, product launches, grand openings or private events, the Cirelli Coffee Cart can be hired to bring you our premium coffee and that special point of difference. Our clean, sharp and savvy coffee cart will leave your guests with that everlasting impression.
The cost of the package is based on the expected size of your event and the time we are required. We come to you and make great coffee in your choice of venue. Everything is taken care of by our experienced baristas. All you have to do is relax, socialise and drink our amazing coffee, drinking chocolates and chai's.

What Coffee do you use?
We use our own premium handcrafted fresh roasted coffee. It is always fresh and we use our premium coffee for every function.
How many drinks will I need for my guests?
This is largely dependent on how many guests are attending your event. Most events will have key periods where guests will want a coffee. Before the session, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. As a general guide, an average of 120 people will consume between 320-340 beverages in a full day.
What do you need to set up?
Sufficient access to the area where the coffee cart is going to be set up (2.0m x 2.0m)
Standard 2 x 10AMP power connection (15/20AMP for higher volume).
What type of coffee are you able to serve?
Includes Espresso, flat white, cappuccino, mocha, latte, ristretto, long black, T-BAR Tea, Chai and Hot Chocolate.
Will you provide different types of milk?
We provide full cream, skim and soy milk.
Our rates are exclusive of gst. A surcharge applies to Saturday ($15/hr) & Sunday ($25/hr)service.

We are able to provide a range of selected cakes, bite size treats and cold brew samplers ranging from $2.50-$4.50 each.
- All our beverages are served in a small (8oz) take away paper cup.
- Will require 2 x 10 amp power or for larger functions, 1 x 20amp may be necessary.
- Prices do not include venue fees that may be charged for external catering suppliers. Please contact the venue prior to booking.
- Will travel 20k from the CBD, $1.50 per kilometre thereafter as per google maps.
- 20% spill over at no charge, $2.50 per cup after.
Branding Counter - $150.00 per event
Tailored front signage can be organised. All you do is provide the artwork - We do the rest!
Extra Barista - $150.00 first three hours
Need an extra set of hands to increase the coffee flow? We can add an extra barista.
Cancellations received within five (5) business days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than two (2) business days prior to events -100%.
50% deposit is required to secure your date, the remainder to be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.
If for some valid reason your not satisfied with our service/product we will refund your booking amount. Your concern must be exercised during your service times with the opportunity to address your concern.
