How the Airscape Keeps Coffee Fresh
Unlike ordinary airtight jars, the Airscape removes the air around the coffee.
Here is how it works:

Add your freshly roasted coffee beans.

Place the Airscape inner lid inside the canister.

Press the lid down until it sits just above the beans.

The valve releases the trapped oxygen.
