The distinct, homely flavour of our Earl Grey melds bergamot, mallow, and cornflower blossoms that will wrap around your tongue. It’s soft on the palate, yet the most delicious version of a classic blend you’ve ever had.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp for a cup, or a heaped tsp for a pot. Infusion time: 3 – 5 min.

Remove leaves from water to ensure infusion remains smooth not bitter.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
