Unlike standard tea bags, loose leaf peppermint allows the whole leaves to fully expand during brewing. Consequently, more natural oils are released, creating a brighter flavour, smoother mouthfeel and a noticeably more refreshing finish.

Furthermore, because peppermint is naturally caffeine-free, it can be enjoyed at any time of day. For example, it works beautifully as a palate cleanser after coffee, a soothing after-meal drink, or a calming evening infusion.

How to Brew

Boil fresh water to 90ºc.

Add 1 level tsp to a cup, or 1 heaped tsp to a pot.

Infusion time: 5 – 10 min.

Re-infuse up to 3 times.
